Lioncage Turn Back Time

The third chapter of the exciting journey of the lion cage now begins in the form of the new album "Turn Back Time", which will be in stores from 21.09.2018 as the successor to the two first works "Done At Last" (2015) and "Second Strike" (2017).

The lions are very proud and grateful that it has come to this. "Turn Back Time" sounds more rocking than anything you've heard from LIONCAGE before. The result is an album that reflects exactly what the band loves and what LIONCAGE will stand for in 2018; a varied work with great melodies, many hooks, cool grooves and powerful guitars. Since 2017 the German formation presents their songs live and played fantastic gigs with FM, Dan Reed Network, Tyketto, Three Wishes. These shows influenced the sound and the songwriting lasting; they added new facets; and more power without losing melody.

The German group was again able to welcome great guests in their cage, who supported them with their musicality and passion. Especially Neil Murray (b, e.g. Whitesnake, Black Sabbath), Olaf Senkbeil (v, Dreamtide), Joe Castellini (g) and many more are to be mentioned.

For the first time friends of the lions also participated in songwriting. Comfort Me" was created together with Joe Castellini and "Turn Back Time" with Olaf Senkbeil.

The original trio has now become a fixed five-member line-up of the lion cage, which will be extended from time to time by one or the other guest for the stage.
