- SAVOIR FAIRE was originally formed under the name ANGELICA in 1988 by Kevin Cavanaugh (Guitars), Tony
Marino (Drums) and Rob Wilkes (Guitars). Kelly Williams joined as the bass player in late 1988 followed by
Tracy Shaltis in early 1989 on lead vocals.
- After having recorded a 2-song demo (No Strings Attached / This is the End), the band changed their name
to SAVOIR FAIRE in early 1990, prior to recording their first proper demo-cassette in 1990 at "Epsilon Studios"
in Hamilton, NJ.
- The band played local shows and toured part of U.S. with their exploding style made of '80s Hard Rock -
Melodic Metal full of great vocals harmonies, recalling bands like Saraya, Hellion, Fire, Sahara and Warlock.
- Following some line-up changes, and the recording of two more songs, SAVOIR FAIRE disbanded in 1992.
- For the first time, all of the band's recorded material (including two bonus live tracks) will be released on
this CD, with a fully remastered audio and the usual 16 pages booklet containing many band's pics and the
full story of the band.
