Madison Best In Show

MADISON were an active hard rock and hair metal band from Hudiksvall, Sweden between 1983 and 1987. The line-up in 1986 consisted of Göran Edman (vocals, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen, John Norum etc.), Anders Kalson (guitar), Mikael Myllynen (guitar), Conny Sundqvist (bass) and Peter Fredrickson (drums). The formation released two albums: "Diamond Mistress" (1984) and "Best In Show" (1986).

The band had great success in Japan, where they also toured to promote "Best In Show" live. The work was mainly recorded at Studio 39 in Denmark with producer Jörgen Bo and contains MADISON's most successful song, "Oh Rendez Vous". Sonet Records/ Universal Music released "Best In Show" in Europe in 1986 only as LP.

Via Pride & Joy Music, in cooperation with Universal Music, "Best In Show" is now released on CD for the first time in Europe. The music comes from the original master and was recorded in cooperation with
of the band remastered. The original artwork was the template for the newly created CD booklet, which also contains some additional photos. Additionally there are two bonus tracks included: "The Look In Your Eyes" and "The Tale".

This release is limited to 1000 CDs.
