For decades LIZZY BORDEN has been considered one of the top frontmen when it comes to theatrical rock, and on June 15th he will release an album again after eleven years. "My Midnight Things" is released on Metal Blade Records, and with tracks like the opening "Obsessed With You" or "The Scar Across My Heart" being so hard, the longer pause doesn't seem to have harmed the man's pleasure in rocking and shocking. "We've been touring the world the whole time, but I missed recording in the studio. For me, the new album is a new beginning, I pressed the reset button of my career, so to speak," says Borden. The album was mixed by Greg Fidelman (Metallica, Black Sabbath, Adele, U2), mastered by Tom Baker (David Bowie, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Tom Petty).
