Osukaru Starbound

Osukaru is the brainchild of Swedish guitarist, keyboardist and songwriter Oz Hawe Petersson (formerly known as Oz Osukaru, guit. Katana and Eye). Starbound is the sixth studio album by the Swedish glam metal band. With roots in classic stadium rock, melodic rock & roll and classic heavy metal, the first releases had a stronger AOR touch. With the last releases Osukaru started to gain a unique, heavier but melodic sound and with their last album "House of Mirrors" they landed a rock & roll home run that they built on to create the brand new wild ride titled "Starbound". The album features an exceptional guest appearance by saxophonist Mark Holden (Boulevard). Influences and the soul of classic giants like Dokken, Winger, Def Leppard and Whitesnake with modern counterparts like Eclipse, Human Zoo and Brother Firetri.
