First Night was formed 2016 in Tallinn, Estonia,after 3 old friends (Reneck Sweet,Mikk Tivas,Kristjan Aasamäe) got together to form an Aor/Melodic rock band which style is very little known in Estonia.
Reneck says:"We all started with our first band called Rising Sun in 2007 but shortly after i left to Uk ,Mikk took over the vocals.When i returned 10 years later after seeing countless of AOR,Hard rock bands,including Firefest and Rockingham festival,i decided it's time to form my own melodic rock band.I had written many songs before,but for the First Night i wrote the material in 2016-2017.

After we released couple of demos,people seemed to like our music and there was an interest from few record labels also,but this time we decided to release our first album ourselves. Also all the mixing,mastering etc have been done by our guitarist Mikk Tivas.
