Description

Qantice are much more than an average virtuoso symphonic metal band. The sci-fi story behind the concept enriches the band's environment with an individual sci-fi/fantasy atmosphere, underpinned by the use of a violinist and traditional instruments. The sound of the quintet is unique in this scene.

For the previous album, "The Phantonauts", Qantice invited some renowned guests, such as PelleK (a YouTuber with 3 million subscribers) as lead singer as well as Zaher Zorgati (Myrath) and Yossi Sassi (ex-Orphaned Land). In 2016 the Swedish singer David Akesson (Aldaria, Vivaldi Metal Project, Six Foot Six, ex Moonlight Agony) joined Qantice for the European tour as support for Luca Turilli's Rhapsody and Myrath in Paris and the line-up was intensively strengthened by the joint tour - the result being an even more epic and homogeneous third work. With Kevin Codfert (Adagio, Myrath) as producer and some surprises, like the performance of the Italian opera tenor Riccardo Cecci (also known from LT's Rhapsody), the most epic Qantice album so far was created, which can also score with great orchestration and choirs.
