Also the new album, ILLWILL offers dreamy stuff of the finest kind for all fans of gloomy and moody rock sounds with some slight gothic touch. Already the excellent predecessor albums, BLACK BRICK ROAD and MOONS AND MUSHROOMS caused a stir in the world of music with their stylistically as innovative as distinguished, catchy grace. The ten enormously variable sings of this triumphant Lake Of Tears return appear like a great unit but unfold their individual over the time - this is one of those records that you can easily become addicted to. The trio convinces by the again expanded musical range focusing still on the accessible song structures. Typical Swedish heaviness pairs with Finnish, melodious musicality, one could say.
