Halestorm Back From The Dead

"Back From The Dead" , was the title of the song with which Halestorm reported back in August last year with the first new music since the album "Vicious" (2018). The song had a great meaning for frontwoman Lzzy Hale and was part of an intense personal process - so great that now the entire new album is also titled "Back From The Dead".

It will be released on May 6 and was produced by Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Mastodon, Alice in Chains). Co-producer is Scott Stevens (Shinedown, Daughtry, New Years Day). Vocalist Lzzy Hale describes the new work this way, "We started writing this album about three months before COVID. Then when we couldn't perform and tour anymore, I went into a dark period of life and my life went into a tailspin. This album tells the story of how I worked my way out of that abyss. It's a journey through mental health, debauchery, survival, redemption, rediscovery and still believing in humanity."
