2006, This is the first all new collection of songs from the band in ten years. "We are very excited about this release," said bandleader Bruce Brookshire. "I think it's the best thing we've done in twenty years!" The CD was recorded at Spirit Song Studio for the most part, although some parts wrere recorded at Othis Tonstudio in Germany and one track was actually the very last song ever recorded at Phoenix Sound, the historic Capricorn Studio in Macon, Georgia. This famous studio is where so many classic rock songs were recorded, including hits by The Allman Brothers Band, Marshall Tucker Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Charlie Daniels Band, and even tracks from Eric Clapton, Frank Zappa, and Paul McCartney. "We just happened to be there on the last day," said Eddie Stone. "The engineer, Skip Slaughter is a great friend of the band, and he allowed us to use the studio for the last time." In that special session, Doc recorded the Lynyrd Skynyrd classic "Simple Man," which is on the new CD.
