Dutch singer-songwriter CHARLOTTE WESSELS will release her second studio album, *Mute Swan Empire*--recorded with a full band--on February 5, 2027, via Napalm Records.
Each of the 15 tracks on this character-driven concept album embodies an archetype emerging at the end of the Anthropocene, exploring the varied ways in which people respond to climate change, social injustice, and the collapse of familiar visions of the future. Through these characters, the former DELAIN vocalist and her band, The Obsession, paint a multifaceted portrait of humanity, illustrating the diverse paths we take in the face of this collapse.
Also in February, CHARLOTTE WESSELS will embark on her first-ever headlining tour across Europe and the UK.
