"X Marks the Spot" is the debut album of Art Of Illusion, the union of Swedish composer and producer Anders Rydholm (Grand Illusion) and the exceptional singer Lars Säfsund (Work Of Art), Lars Säfsund has been an integral part of the melodic scene since "Artwork", the debut of his band Work Of Art in 2008. He also lends his voice to Lionville as well as Enbound and is one of the most booked background voices in Sweden. Four times, for different countries, he participated as a background singer in the Eurovision Song Contest. He also works as a voice actor for Disney and other production companies. Besides the two bands Grand Illusion and Code, Anders Rydholm has worked with Overland, Seikima II and the legendary Japanese artist Demon Kakka. Melodies are the key to their music and there are elements of Queen, Giant and Big Money in their homage to melodic rock. Catchy melodies, strong hooklines and tons of strong vocals are the formula for success.
