In March 2020 the first two studio albums of the legendary US-American duo The Handsome Family will be released in Europe for the first time on the British Loose Music Label. With their song "Far From Any Road", which was the title track of the first season of True Detective, Brett and Rennie Sparks alias The Handsome Family became famous worldwide. During their 30-year career, Brett and Rennie Sparks have created timeless songs that are among the most mysterious and beautiful in American history over the last three decades. Songwriters like Jeff Tweedy, Jason Lytle, AndrewBird and Christy Moore have already covered their songs, Bruce Springsteen and Guns 'N Roses use their songs as "walk-on stage" music. "Odessa" was originally released in 1995 and "Milk & Scissor" the following year and is now released for the first time in Europe on CD and LP.
