Ville Valo is back and is releasing his first studio album under his abbreviation "VV": "Neo Noir" will be released on January 13th, 2023 and is available in various formats.
Villa Valo is known to you as the singer and songwriter of the band HIM. Before disbanding in 2017, the inventors of love metal were Finland's best-known gothic rock export. With "Join Me (In Death)" the band had their biggest international success in 1999.
After HIM disbanded, singer Ville Valo continued to make music as a solo artist. Two years ago, the musician released the three songs "Run Away From The Sun", "Salute The Sanguine" and "Saturnine Saturnalia" under his acronym VV on streaming portals.
Now finally a whole solo album follows, with which VV will go on tour in spring 2023. The album contains a total of twelve songs, including the pieces just mentioned.
