Description
New spectacular All-Star Project around Austria's rock legend Klaus Schubert.
The project launched in 2013 by NO BROS mastermind & guitarist Klaus Schubert
SCHUBERT IN ROCK enters its second round! As a reminder: At that time an album was produced for which the most famous and successful NO BROS songs with stars of the international hard & heavy scene were re-recorded. With musicians with whom we used to tour together and who had also become friends, such as Tony Martin (BLACK SABBATH), Biff Byford (SAXON), Joe Lynn Turner (RAINBOW - DEEP PURPLE), Marc Storace (KROKUS), Doogie White (RAINBOW), Bernie Marsden (WHITESNAKE), Neil Murray (BLACK SABBATH, BRIAN MAY) and Don Airey (DEEP PURPLE). The whole thing was crowned with a sensational live show in the sold-out Congress Innsbruck.
Now, five years later, another milestone in "Rock music made in Austria" with international participation is set with SCHUBERT IN ROCK Vol. 2. In contrast to the first edition of the upcoming second album "Commander of Pain, however, it is a lot of new songs that have been written for the artists. Whereby the typical Klaus Schubert trademarks have naturally and unmistakably remained true.
And once again the line-up is more than just impressive: Marc Storace (KROKUS) will be present,
Don Airey (DEEP PURPLE), Jennifer Batten (MICHAEL JACKSON, JEFF BECK), Carl Sentance
(NAZARETH), Jeff Scott Soto (SONS OF APOLLO, JOURNEY, TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA),
Doogie White (RAINBOW, MICHAEL SCHENKER), Michael Vescera (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, LOUDNESS), the rock rock Dan McCafferty (ex-Frontman of the legendary NAZARETH) and friendly local special guests like Ewald "Sunny" Pfleger (OPUS), Martin Seimen (SUPER MOISTURE) + Gery Moder (HANS SÖLLNER).
As SCHUBERT IN ROCK mainband acted: Klaus Schubert (guitars), Walt Stuefer (vox), Andy Marberger (bass guitar), Bernie Welz (drums) and Andy J. Brunner (keyboards).
