17-track re-issue of this obscurity from German metal act Mania, with seven bonus tracks taken from the 'Wizard Of The Lost Kingdom' mini-LP. Originally released in 1989 via Noise Records, 'Changing Times' was the only full-length record Mania produced, slotting in neatly alongside the power metal of fellow countrymen Helloween, Running Wild and Blind Guardian.
