Foreigner I Want To Know What Love Is - The Ballads, deluxe

2014, ´Gotta take a little time... a little time to think things over. I better read between the lines in case I need it when I'm older`. Just in time for Valentine's Day Foreigner releases I WANT TO KNOW WHAT LOVE IS - THE BALLADS, fourteen tracks previously never released on one album of Foreigner's best and most timeless ballads. Kelly Hansen, clearly at his best on modern tracks like, ,,When It Comes To Love", ,,In Pieces", ,,I Can't Give Up" (excellent), but also, ,,Waiting For A Girl Like You" and ,,Feels Like The First Time". It's always difficult to compare and match Lou Gramm, but Hansen is really good on these tracks. It's nice to hear Foreigner's recording of ,,The Flame Still Burn", co-written by Mick Jones for the 1998 U.K. cult movie, STILL CRAZY, where it was performed by ´Strange Fruit` and Jimmy Nail.
