Nine years after *VOID ESTATE*, END OF GREEN return with their new album, *ASHES & GOLD*--proving once again why they are among the most influential bands in the German gothic metal scene.
*ASHES & GOLD* is an intense, dark, and powerful record. Drawing from gothic, doom, metal, post-punk, and post-metal, the band from Göppingen crafts a sound entirely their own: heavy, melancholic, honest, and deeply rooted in real life. There is no polished facade, no artificial pathos--just raw emotion, dark thoughts, and unvarnished reality.
On this, their tenth studio album since 1996, END OF GREEN once again showcase their full musical range. The record bridges despair and hope, pain and strength, darkness and an unyielding will to carry on. *ASHES & GOLD* stares into the abyss--yet finds the power to rise again.
MICHELLE DARKNESS elevates the album with his unmistakable voice and impressive emotional depth. Beyond his vocals, he is also responsible for the precise, powerful production that gives each track its perfect atmosphere.
Dark, honest, and uncompromising: *ASHES & GOLD* marks another strong chapter in the history of END OF GREEN.
END OF GREEN--a band. A cosmos of their own. Their own set of rules.
