2010, spending the holidays in the studio is nothing new for New Jersey/Philadelphia rockers DIVE. The winter of 2009, however, was different. Perhaps it was working with multi-platinum producer Jim Wirt (Incubus, Hoobastank, Live, No Doubt). Or maybe it was recording at the legendary 4th Street Recording Studios in Santa Monica, CA, where the hum of the Beach Boys melodies still linger in the place that gave birth to their sound decades earlier. Regardless of the inspirational source, DIVE returned home bearing the finest Christmas gift of all: an album of its most accomplished music to date along with the excitement for what 2010 will hold.
