Clutch From Beale Street To Oblivion

2010, Clutch has always managed to sound like a band out of time, but perhaps no more so than on the veteran quintet's album, FROM BEALE STREET TO OBLIVION. Whether it's the slow-n-fuzzy ,,White's Ferry", the retro stoner blues anthem ,,Electric Worry" or even the nu-metal twists blurred with Stevie Ray Vaughan guitar heroics on ,,Mr. Shiny Cadillackness", Clutch proves it has moved away from its metal and hardcore roots to a more classic-rock-oriented sound - albeit a dirty, sludgy and occasionally bluesy one.
