Asylum Pyre Spirited Away

2015, The band was founded in 2006 nearby Paris (France) by Johann Cadot (guitar/vocals) and Julien Peuch (bass), with the ambition to create a unique personality at the crossroads of different styles around a melodic metal basis. For their third album, SPIRITED AWAY, Asylum Pyre once again teamed up with Didier Chesneau and Bruno Gruel for the recordings and the mastering, respectively. SPIRITED AWAY focuses on catchy and powerful songs and plays with musical atmospheres. The album also incorporates some electro elements while reinforcing the organic sound of the instruments. Expect a mix of European and American metal, somewhere between Amaranthe and Devin Townsend. SPIRITED AWAY deals with the human spirit and its twists and turns, which is musically emphasized by both female and male vocals. The album aims to delight both fans of today's metal scene.
