Hailing from the home of symphonic metal, AMBERIAN DAWN, the Finnish quintet, will release their new album, "Temptation's Gates," on June 26, 2026, via Napalm Records. This first release with new vocalist Nicole Willerton takes the band down a more modern, occasionally even surprisingly raw, path. With this album, AMBERIAN DAWN are gradually shedding the image of being "just" the band that--brilliantly!--covered the Swedish pop legends ABBA on their previous album, "Take a Chance - A Metal Tribute to ABBA" (2022).
AMBERIAN DAWN introduce their new singer with the album's title track. "Temptation's Gates" kicks off with a bang, brimming with epic orchestral sounds and captivating narratives. The band's newfound determination resonates in "The Vision Of Dreaming," whose haunting riff is instantly memorable and hints for the first time that Willerton is more than just an angelic fairy gently guiding listeners through dreamy realms. The subsequent invocation of the "Moon" cranks up the tempo to blast-beat intensity and remains magical until its unexpected end.
