Venom In Nomine Satanas (The Neat Anthology)

Venom is one of the most famous English metal bands founded in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1979. Towards the end of the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal, the first two albums of Venom Welcome to Hell (1981) and Black Metal (1982) were regarded as an important influence on Thrash Metal and Extreme Metal. Venom's second album was so groundbreaking that the title was used as the name for the metal subgenre Black Metal. The classic line-up trio Cronos , Mantas and Abaddon recorded two more studio albums: At War With Satan (1984) and Possessed (1985) and the live album Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (1986). Often cited by bands such as Metallica, Behemoth, Celtic Frost and Mayhem as their main influences, they are one of the most revered bands of their generation. Venom continue to tour the world with singer and bassist Cronos and release new albums.

In Nomine Satanas celebrates the founding years of the band. The album is released as 2CD in Mediabook (43 songs), colored 2LP in Gatefold Sleeve (22 songs) and Deluxe Boxset with 6 LPs, 7" Shape Disc, book, Back Patch and more merchandise, including an album with previously unreleased demo songs from the founding year 1979.
