Description
"WARKINGS Warriors get ready! The mighty warriors return with a fabled ally! None other than the legendary sorceress Morgana le Fay, sister of Arthur and mistress of lost souls, has joined the four kings for the fourth part of the WARKINGS saga. The new studio album, Morgana, will be released on November 11, 2022 via Napalm Records.
Four mighty kings - a Roman tribune, a fierce Viking, a noble crusader and a warlike Spartan - gathered in the golden halls of Valhalla, escaped from the underworld, fought the rulers of darkness and called for revolution. Back in the realm of the dead, they were captivated by the eerie and extraordinary voice of the "evil" sorceress Morgana La Fey. Obsessed with the idea of telling humanity their own version of history, the witch convinced the WARKINGS to face the next battles together and accept Morgana into their circle - a covenant made for eternity!
Morgana's haunting and frightening voice rises to tell the story in four acts: The first prank, "Hellfire"", tells of her love-hate relationship with King Arthur, "Monsters"" of the dark side in each of us, "Heart of Rage"" of her desire to grant forgiveness to all who have treated her unjustly, before revealing in "Immortal"" how her and Arthur's immortal souls are born again and again. In the last two chapters of the battle, Arthur himself speaks up, imploring Morgana not to give up, before recounting the Arthurian saga in his own words for the crowning finale.
Of course, the WARKINGS also tell of their great deeds: The battle with Hereward the Wake, the naval battle of Salamis and the story of a man unjustly enslaved. The anthem "To The King" is a special gift in honor of the most loyal of the faithful WARKINGS Warriors, who stand shoulder to shoulder with the kings on every battlefield.
In the tradition of POWERWOLF, HAMMERFALL and Running Wild, the WARKINGS forge their music hard as steel and have been conquering the battlefields of the world since 2018. They gathered their Warriors worldwide and entered the official German album charts at #13 with Revolution in 2021."
