"Hymnic modern metal meets powerful melodic rock: Swedish band SELF DECEPTION are gearing up for their debut under a new label. Their new album, One Of Us, will be released on May 15, 2026, marking the quartet's first release on Napalm Records. Since bursting onto the scene in 2009, they've shared stages with giants like Electric Callboy, Danko Jones, and Adept, while their streaming numbers and video views have skyrocketed into the millions - most notably their hit "Fight Fire With Gasoline," which boasts around 30 million plays on Spotify alone. One Of Us was created during the most touring-heavy period of SELF DECEPTION's career. The result is a cohesive album full of character, made for the stage - and the pit! One Of Us will be available digitally and in various physical formats." The cover artwork is by Alex Tillbrook, known for his work on the hit Netflix series Stranger Things and for his collaborations with artists such as Metallica, Blink-182, and Sleep Token.
