2013, Following the critically acclaimed debut LIVE THE LIFE YOU'VE IMAGINED, Red Rose were able to reach a new, higher level of maturity and musical complexity, delivering eight tracks of astonishing beauty. ON THE CUSP OF CHANGE was once again produced by Tommy Hansen at Jailhouse Studios, with extraordinary Matan Shmuely (of Orphaned Land fame) sitting behind the drums and the rest of the band laying down an astonishing performance, on every possible level. The album concept was developed starting from the very current ´end of the world` issue, which soon expanded into a multilayered piece of work dealing with many other topics such as relationships and conservatism versus free thinking. The artwork duties were handled by Brazilian artist Jobert Mello (Primal Fear, Sabaton, Benedictum), who skillfully transferred the lyrical themes into beautifully wrapped visual arts.
