Rage A New World Rising

In the long, successful career of the German band Rage, there has probably never been an album that reflects the positive spirit among the musicians involved, their joy in playing, creativity, and optimism to such an extent as "A New World Rising." Almost two years after its rather dystopian predecessor, "Afterlifelines," Peavy Wagner (vocals, bass), Jean Bormann (guitar), and Vassilios "Lucky" Maniatopoulos (drums) unleash a positive, ultra-heavy thrash metal firework that combines the typical Rage sound with modern elements and, as a whole, represents the band's most diverse work to date.
