"Where I Should Be" is the sixth studio album by Peter Frampton, originally released in 1979. The album went gold and produced the hit "I Can't Stand It No More", which reached #14 on the Billboard pop charts. This collection of tracks was a welcome return to his guitar-led compositions. Another album highlight was one of his two covers of Isaac Hayes' songs, 'You Don't Know Like I Know'. On this album Peter wasn't accompanied by his band, but by Steve Cropper, Bab Mayo, Tower Of Power Horn section, Steve Forman, The Waters Family and others. The album is produced by Peter Frampton and Chris Kimsey.
