Guitarist Gregg Parker and vocalist Alexis T. Angel founded the obscure hard rock project Ozz and released this album in 1980 on the renowned Epic label. They wanted to orientate themselves on bands like Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith. The experienced Andy Johns (LedZeppelin, Free, Television Hughes/Thrall) could be won as producer.
