2014, Hailing from Olympia, in Washington state in the far north west of the USA, Mom's Rocket formed in 2009. Since then they've released three albums and played over 300 gigs. Shortly after the release of their second album - V2, their drummer Jeff Meshke had shoulder surgery that left him unable to continue playing live. The band then drafted in Jason Weisenhaus to replace him. All songs feature good solid drums, great heavy guitar riffs and some great vocals. This is an excellent album - well worth a listen for all hard rock fans. Black Stone Cherry fans in particular are likely to enjoy Mom's Rocket.
