Immediately after "The Reality Of Miracles" hit the shelves in 2020, LIONHEART started recording the next album. It was decided early on that this time it would be a concept album. The focus of the album is World War II, but the band really wanted to make an anti-war album while also remembering those who fought for our freedom.
Once again the band created a number of fantastic songs. Lee Small's emotional lyrics reflect not only the pain and grief that war inflicts on ordinary, innocent people in any conflict zone, but also their strength, resilience and determination. Supported by the stirring background vocals, the beautiful harmonies of the twin guitars and the atmospheric keyboards, the sheer power of LIONHEART shines from each of the eleven songs, culminating in a heartfelt prayer for peace in the world.
Every new LIONHEART album has brought a leap in quality in terms of songwriting and production, and this album is no exception. "The Grace Of A Dragonfly" is nothing short of epic and by far LIONHEART's best work to date.
