Undoubtedly every country has a number of peculiarities that naturally expresses in music and tinges a band, giving it, even a metal one some national colour. As to Finland it's hard to find a country richer in metal projects and more conservative in the genre itself. KINETIK CONTROL once more proves it with their new release entitled 'Only Truth Remains': the typical dynamic slowness, catchy tunes, deep vocals which rarely please with variety but give comfort with the heartfelt lyricism and distinctive timbre. The combination of electronic sounds with over-laden guitars has a special feature: the saxophone and harmonica sound quite interesting in the near-gothic pop-rock arrangement.
