The short-lived band was founded by guitarist and songwriter Greg Hart. The talented singer Jackie Bodimead, who had previously been on board with Girlschool and Rock Goddess, was part of the band. If Only was the answer to successful US bands like Heart and Vixen, who redefined hard rock in the early 1980s as 'Female Fronted Bands'. When Yes and Asia keyboarder Geoff Downes signed the band, Jackie Bodimead quit and was replaced by Tina Egan.
The Rock Candy Remaster has tracks with both singers. Incl. five bonus tracks and 16 pages booklet with 4,000 words essay.
