Hart, Beth My California

2010, Beth worked with Danish producer Rune Westberg (who also co-produced 37 DAYS) to create this album. Rune challenged Beth to try something different. Beth has always been so versatile and never boxed in by genre. This has been reflected in her albums which traditionally have been a mix of rock, blues and ´storytelling` at the piano. Rune advised Beth that he would like her to create an album that is all storytelling. Beth Hart has been fascinated with music ever since she was a small child. At first, she concentrated on classical works, but as she grew older, she also began to play more mainstream pieces by artists such as Otis Redding and even Led Zeppelin.
