Harpyie Nach Uns Die Sintflut

After sixteen years, nine studio albums, and hundreds of concerts, HARPYIE are bringing their extraordinary band history to a deliberate close with *Nach uns die Sintflut*. But this album is far more than a farewell--it is a homecoming after a long journey. Inspired by the idea of the Odyssey, *Nach uns die Sintflut* tells the story of arriving after years filled with new beginnings, storms, and unforgettable moments. It's about friendship, growing older, letting go, and the realization that every journey finds its rightful harbor. The anchor cross that accompanies the album symbolizes hope, gratitude, and the peace that follows the storm. Musically, HARPYIE once again bring together everything that has set the band apart over the years: powerful metal riffs, rousing folk melodies, and grand anthems meet a new, more personal side. More melancholic, more emotional, and yet as energetic as ever, the result is an album that equally invites you to celebrate, reflect, and sing along. "Nach uns die Sintflut" is the legacy of a band that, over sixteen years, has reinvented itself time and again and has now consciously decided to drop anchor. Above all, however, it is a thank-you to the people who made this journey possible--to their crew, their companions, and their fans. One last album. One last great journey. At anchor in their home port.
