Girlschool Hit And Run - Revisited

Now available again: the Girlschool album "Hit And Run" (1981) celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2011 and was honored on this occasion with a new recording of their NWOBHM classic "Hit and Run - Revisited". Doro was able to be won as a guest singer for the bonus song "Hit And Run".

There are only a very limited number of rock albums that have stood the test of time, only true masterpieces continue to sound fresh and exciting years after their release. The reason for their cult status: The songs are timeless and the sound of the album perfectly captured the magic of the moment. Girlschool's second album "Hit And Run",
released in 1981, was one such classic.
