2013, Dignity is a melodic power metal band which also have roots in classical hardrock from Austria and Sweden. Dignity was founded in fall 2006 by drummer Roland Navratil and keyboarder Frank Pitters. At that time Roland was member of the band Edenbridge with whom he recorded five studio albums and one live album. The Austrian/Danish formation show us on their second album how classic melodic hard rock must sound. Powerful vocals, sweeping hooklines, catchy refrains, and masterful traditional riffs form the foundation of BALANCE OF POWER. Leading the charge is Danish vocalist Søren Nico Adamsen's demonstrative performance, enriching each song with a wide spectrum of expression. The tracks are technically brilliant, yet remain easy to follow at all times. A must-have for fans of Europe and T.N.T., although Dignity never loses sight of following their own path.
