"Starbourne Traveler" is still 100% heavy metal! And like since the band's foundation in 1992, Crystal Eyes have been dedicated to preserving the metal heritage and spirit of the 80's, shaped by bands like Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Accept and Helloween. Melodies are the focus and this also applies to the vocals. The album has become very diversified and offers songs that are as fast-paced as Helloween or Running Wild of their time, but also Mit-Tempo songs in the spirit of Judas Priest, Manowar, Ozzy, Accept or Saxon as well as traditional Iron Maiden-eske rammers, epic hymns and a ballad that will leave no one untouched have found their way onto the album. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of their debut album "World Of Black And Silver", Crystal Eyes have re-recorded the two songs "Extreme Paranoia" and "Rage On The Sea", which fit seamlessly and perfectly into the new songs.
