The Chris Slade Timeline was founded in 2012 with hand-picked musicians to celebrate the then 50-year career as a professional rock drummer, which Chris Slade began at the age of 16 with Tom Jones and took him to Manfred Mann (1972-1978), The Firm with Jimmy Page and, last but not least, AC/DC ('Razor's Edge' + 'Live'). The Chris Slade Timeline have toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe and played hits from this long career. After the drummer was asked many times whether he would produce new songs of his own with his band, the decision was made to record this album. It contains a track listing with nine original songs as well as a selection of hits from the many artists with whom Slade has performed over the last 60 years.
