With their new single "Longshot" they already delivered a forerunner, which followed on from their celebrated debut album "The Balcony" (2014; platinum in Great Britain) and the gold-plated successor "The Ride" (#1 UK; 2016); the latter they had presented live in the USA in the autumn of 2017 as a prelude to Green Day. Together with Irish producer Jacknife Lee (R.E.M., BlocParty, The Killers), the new album was recorded over a period of 12 months at Grouse Lodge in Moate and The Chapel Studios in rural East Lincolnshire when they were not playing a tour or festival. Not only did they record there, they lived there in isolation and incorporated the events of their live performances into their songs. The Balance" was then mixed at the end by Craig Silvey, who delivered the artwork like the graphic artist Tim Lahan from San Francisco.
The album is released with 11 tracks on CD, vinyl.
