CAN Live Rockpalast 1970

In November 1970, just 80 km from their home, the Inner Space Studios in Cologne, Can played this gig in Soest, recorded by WDR, for the series 'Karussell Für Die Jugend', established by the radio station. The recording is the first with a complete Can concert and left behind not only a speechless concert audience but also a TV audience surprised by avant-garde sounds. And right in the middle of it all: the eccentric singer Damo Suzuki who had just joined the band and replaced Malcolm Mooney.
