Description
While the band's second album, the monolithic release "Doom Of The Occult", appeared like a classical oratorio with expansive dimensions, "Domedon Doxomedon" will be an opus magnum of biblical scale; a funeral mass with an echo never seen before.
Besides the numerous musical interludes, the "Temples" and "Gates", which are a trademark of the band, the new songs refuse any exegesis.
Epic, but extremely angry, brutal and extra vaguely dark. If your soul survives overwhelming tracks like "Seven Altars Burn In Sin" or "The Heart Of King Solomon In Sorcery" without being drawn into the most horrible depths of hell, it will leave your senses stunned.
From the unusual, demanding opener "I Am Christ" to the final ennealogy "In Meditation On The Death Of Christ" the album functions as a portal to truly divine spheres. Inspired by such untouchable roots as Morbid Angel, Candlemass, even Metallica (only for this reason the wonderful middle part of'Seven Altars Burn In Sin' with its incredible harmonies), paired with NECROS CHRISTOS' very own atmosphere and way of composing songs, "Domedon Doxomedon" becomes the grandiose testament of the band. Endtyme Death Metal shall unfold. Forevermore. amen
