Metal Blade are happy to announce that they have reached an agreement with Swedish doom metal legends COUNT RAVEN to release their first four albums on vinyl. Three of the four records will be available on vinyl for the first time ever!
The series starts on April 27 with the releases of "Destruction Of The Void" and "Storm Warning". COUNT RAVEN were founded in 1989 and released their debut album "Storm Warning" in 1990. The longplayer made some waves in the heavy metal underground at that time. Released in 1992, "Destruction Of The Void" has established COUNT RAVEN as a unique band in the worldwide heavy metal scene, able to bundle sadness and depth into highly emotional and heavy songs.
The "Storm Warning" vinyl has been out of print for some time, while "Destruction Of The Void" has never been available on vinyl at all. Both albums were remastered by Patrick W. Engel especially for vinyl pressing, contain bonus tracks (known from CD reissue) and posters.
