The duo The Cold Stares became a trio on 'Voices', and guitarist/vocalist Chris Tapp and drummer Brian Mullins are joined by bassist Bryce Klueh. On 'Voices', as a trio, they now push their typical mixture of blues, southern and hard rock to new heights. Produced by Mark Needham (Taj Mahal, The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Walk the Moon, Fleetwood Mac). The album is The Cold Stares' most mature and versatile work to date, which manages the balancing act between hard music and tender emotions in equal measure.
