The three brothers Sam, Abe and James Wilson move musically gallantly between Southern Rock, Alternative Country, Roots, Americana and hymnal rock in the here and now. With its sparse production, catchy, dreamy melodies and intense rhythms, the new work moves far beyond the galvanic Americana-Rock comfort zone. The band delivers their most sonorous and catchy album to date. There are plenty of musical highlights, songs like "Believer / Pretender", "Firebird 85" and "Where We Stand" convince with catchy hooks and "Oh God Ma'am" is certainly a musical highlight for fans of Drive By Truckers, My Morning Jacket, REM up to Band Of Horses this year.
