2011, Selling The Drama was founded in 2003 by Phil Watkins and Erwin Pfeiffer. In search of a music style and musicians, Pfeiffer and Watkins met Lukas Kager in the year 2006. The band recorded a demo in 2007. A new and adapted rehearsal room was their home studio from now on. While they were recording their first album DESTROY THE BARRICADES they changed their bassplayer in 2008. They had many gigs in Vienna, lower Austria and Burgenland. They weren't happy about their sound so they started working hard to change from the ´garage sound` to the authentic style of the new album BEYOND EXAMINATION. The band performs music in the style of the Southern Rock-band Down.
