The showcase US metalheads around the exceptional guitarist Paul Konjicija (also ANTITHESIS), who unfortunately passed away last year, debuted with this work in 2006 with Chris Thomas on bass and Emery Ceo on drums. Singer of DARK ARENA was none other than Juan Ricardo (RITUAL, SUNLESS SKY, WRETCH). Juan Ricardo sang on "Alien Factor" in the style of old RITUAL. A circumstance which was favoured by the break-through song material. The US metal riffing was also enveloped by a light keyboard note by Rhiannon Wisniewski. "Alien Factor" is simply a gem of US Metal from the first decade of the new millennium. Fans of FATES WARNING to LEVIATHAN should also turn their attention to this work in 2020, when it is currently being re-released by "Pure Steel Records.
