Finnr's Cane Elegy

The Canadian trio has spent a lot of time and care on the successor to their 2013 album "A Portrait Painted By The Sun", and this next chapter of their musical journey is fittingly coinciding with the group's tenth birthday. The band has been working together since their 2010. The debut album "W anderlust" has undergone significant further development, for example through the inclusion of extended instrumentation and a greater focus on song structures. But above all the use of a cello instead of a bass guitar makes this band unique since its foundation. "Elegy" deals with themes such as urban despair, loss and grief, personal struggle, the rebirth of the natural world, the quiet hours of the early morning and the passing of time and represents the next logical step in the evolution of Finnr's Cane.
