Two years after the release of their second studio album "I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It", the Brit Award winners around Matthew "Matt" Healy return with their new album "A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships", on which again musical boundaries of the whole indie spectrum are blended. The new album was recorded at Angelic Studios (Oxford, UK) and Conway Sound (Los Angeles).
With their last major release in 1975, The stormed to #1 2016 in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and #1 in the British album charts, where they achieved platinum. This was their international breakthrough. In their homeland, the self-titled debut of the band had previously reached the top of the charts.
"A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships" contains 15 tracks and is released on CD and vinyl.
