Description

On March 8th Paul Weller's album "Other Aspects, Live At The Royal Festival Hall" will be released!

In October 2018, the "Modfather" played two very special concerts with an orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall in London. The second of these shows was recorded and filmed and now released on 8 March as a live album and DVD.

"Other Aspects, Live At The Royal Festival Hall" contains an eclectic, career spanning set of 25 tracks. Alongside classics from Weller's rich back catalogue, 11 songs from "True Meanings" make up a large part of the performance - Paul Weller's highly acclaimed album, which was released last September and reached number 2 in the UK charts and number 19 in Germany. The tracklisting also features a number of tracks from Weller's days on The Jam, including a radically reworked "Private Hell" from her LP "Setting Sons" (1979) and a brilliantly transposed version of "Boy About Town". The Style Council were also represented in the form of "Have You Ever Had It Blue" and "A Man Of Great Promise", and solo favourites like "You Do Something To Me" and "Long Long Road" complete the set.

In addition to the concert, the DVD also contains a mini-documentary that takes a look behind the scenes, including recordings from rehearsals and interviews.
